How It Works

• Find a listing that interests you.
• Confirm your full name, shipping address, and phone number to start the transaction.
• Receive a Sales Agreement and Payment Invoice before making a secure bank wire transfer to an escrow account.
• Your item is shipped, and you have 30 days to inspect it.
• If the item does not match the description, return it at our expense and receive a full refund within 24 hours.

Every vehicle, heavy equipment, and RV purchased through Grisham Bros Auto comes with a six-month warranty. We also offer a 30-day return and refund policy—if your purchase doesn’t match the description, we’ll cover the return shipping and issue a full refund within 24 hours.

Our vehicles and equipment are stored in secured facilities and are not available for in-person viewings or test drives before purchase. However, we guarantee a safe and transparent transaction with warranty protection and a return policy.
